Here's what mine looks like now. 👇

1. Scratch Yearly Goals - Start with 6 week goals.

Why? Because a year is too long and hard to get right. 6 weeks? More manageable and you get many chances to course correct.

2. Have no More than 2 projects every 6 weeks. One is much better.

Focus is what leads to exponential results and quality work. Use it.

3. Inform your 6 Week projects with Long term Life Vision.

What does your life look like in 3-5 years?
